Dan Memmolo's poems have appeared in a number of literary magazines, including Another Chicago Magazine, New York Quarterly, Southern Poetry Review, and Sycamore Review. His chapbook, Beat Surrender, was published by Main Street Rag in 2006. He holds a BA in English from Florida State University, an MLIS from the University of Rhode Island and an MFA in Creative Writing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

He lives in Rhode Island with his wife and son.
